Community Growth Ventures provides independent NDIS advocacy for participants, families and Support Coordinators facing funding cuts, plan changes, reviews and SIL applications. We help people understand decisions, challenge outcomes that do not reflect actual support needs, and prepare for important NDIS discussions with greater clarity and structure.We also review plans, reports, assessments and supporting evidence to identify gaps, inconsistencies and areas requiring stronger justification. From there, we develop a clear strategy to strengthen the case, improve how support needs are presented and pursue better participant outcomes.

Our Methodology

How We Challenge NDIS DecisionsWe take a structured approach to understanding how a decision was made, what evidence was considered, and where the process or reasoning may have fallen short.1. Review the EvidenceWe identify what was submitted to the NDIA, including assessments, reports, incident records, risk information and supporting documentation.2. Assess the QualityWe review whether the evidence clearly demonstrates the participant’s functional impact, support needs, risks and recommended level of support.3. Confirm What Was ConsideredWe establish whether the evidence was received, uploaded to the participant’s file and available to the decision-maker at the time the decision was made.4. Understand the Decision ProcessWe clarify whether a planner or delegate is allocated, where the matter currently sits, and what pathway is available to progress or challenge the decision.5. Build the ChallengeWe compare the decision against current NDIS legislation, operational guidelines and funding criteria to identify gaps, inconsistencies and the strongest basis for review.Review the evidence.
